SpotBeam.ai provides AI-powered automation services for local businesses, including but not limited to:
Automated review replies (for Google Business / review platforms)
AI-generated social posts and scheduling for connected social channels / platforms
Local ad automation (Google, Meta or platforms as integrated)
Lead-tracking, unified analytics dashboard, and performance reporting
Integration with third-party external accounts/platforms (e.g. Google Business Profile, Meta / Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Tools to help businesses manage reviews, posts, ads, leads, and content via a unified interface
3. User Accounts
To access and use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree that:
All information you provide during registration and subsequently is accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain and promptly update your account information if it changes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You will notify SpotBeam.ai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
4. Data Access and Authorization
When you choose to connect third-party services/accounts (e.g. Google Business Profile, Meta, WhatsApp) to SpotBeam.ai, you authorize SpotBeam.ai to:
Access and retrieve data from the connected platforms using appropriate authentication protocols (e.g. OAuth).
Process and analyze retrieved data using artificial intelligence, automation features, and our internal systems.
Store only the data necessary to provide the Service’s functionality (e.g. reviews, messages, analytics, leads, content).
Generate outputs (automated replies, posts, ads, analytics, reports) based on the data and content you provide or authorize.
You agree not to use SpotBeam.ai to process data that you are not legally entitled to access or manage.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate wrongdoing.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SpotBeam.ai systems or networks.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or internal logic of the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service except through officially provided APIs.
Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
Use the Service to process content you do not have rights to (reviews, messages, data, copyrighted material).
Disrupt, interfere with, or impair the security or functioning of the Service or underlying infrastructure.
6. Subscription and Payment
SpotBeam.ai may offer subscription plans (free, paid, or enterprise) as described on the website.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan, and to provide valid payment information.
You authorize recurring (automatic) billing if applicable.
Fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.
SpotBeam.ai reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified in advance (e.g. 30 days) before the change affects their next billing cycle.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No refunds will be provided for partial periods
Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, UI/UX, underlying code, models, trademarks, and branding associated with SpotBeam.ai are owned by SpotBeam.ai or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content/data you submit to the Service (e.g. your business data, prompts, custom content), subject to granting SpotBeam.ai a license to process, store, and use the data to deliver the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit the Service (or parts of it) outside the permitted use.
You may not claim ownership of SpotBeam.ai’s proprietary components, or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract them.
9. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate outputs (review replies, posts, ads content, analytics insights, etc.). These outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or not suitable for your purposes.
AI-generated content is provided “as is,” for informational and convenience purposes only.
SpotBeam.ai does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI-generated content, especially for sensitive or business-critical decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpotBeam.ai (and its affiliates, directors, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with your use (or inability to use) the Service.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, these disclaimers will apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of DataStory after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spotbeam operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
