Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
Spotbeam is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our services.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
2. What We've Done
Our website is built with semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, and ARIA labels where appropriate.
All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable. Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements.
Images and icons include descriptive alt text. Form fields have associated labels.
3. Known Limitations
As we continue to develop new features, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address these gaps.
Third-party content embedded on our platform may not meet the same accessibility standards.
4. Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you.
Contact us at accessibility@spotbeam.ai or call us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Spotbeam is designed to work with popular assistive technologies, including screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS), screen magnification tools, and voice recognition software.
